Ladies, looking for some muscle cramps/soreness remedies. I went to Glute Camp for my Day 1 and let me tell y’all Taylor did not come to play. Worked me to the core and now I’m feeeeeeling it LOL this is my first workout in forever too so yea. I’ve been bedbound the past 2 days, can barely move cause of the pain 🤣 Please help.
