ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED ENTRY?
Yes you can bring your 9+ year old daughter! You must have a child waiver signed prior to visit. (Please see staff) There is a $25 drop in fee for non members.
DO YOU OFFER A TRIAL MEMBERSHIP?
No, Due to high demand of the Doyenne Barbell and Fitness Private Gym, we do not offer trial memberships. You may however purchase our No Contract 3 Month Membership for $399. Or drop in for the day for $25.
ARE MEMBERS ALLOWED TO BRING A FRIEND?
Yes! You can Bring a Friend! Members can purchase "Bring a Friend" online or on the Doyenne app for $10. When you purchase "Bring a Friend", you are stating that your friend will be with you. There is no door access issued when you purchase "Bring a Friend".

Non Members must purchase Day pass to receive door access through Avigilon Alta.
DO YOU OFFER DAY PASSES?
Yes! You can purchase your Day Pass on the Doyenne Website or Doyenne app. Identification is required before you can be issued your door access. Follow the email prompts when purchased and the Doyenne Admin will reach out to issue you your Door Access from Avigilon. If your purchase is made after 5:00 pm Monday- Friday, you may not here from staff until the next day or You can message us through the website or app to reach a staff member.
WHAT IS Avigilon Alta?
Avigilon Alta previous known as Open Path is a keyless door access Control System. You must have a smart phone that allows you to download the Avigilon Alta App. Avigilon Alta allows bluetooth-connected users to enter a door without even unlocking their phones. All you need is to have your smartphones on and to wave at the reader near the door.
MY AVIGILON ALTA APP IS NOT WORKING, WHAT DO I DO?
If your AVIGILON ALTA is not working, Make sure you allow all app permissions. Tap the three lines on the top Left of the AVIGILON app, Select App Permissions, make sure they are all on. Once app permissions are on, your door access will be allowed. If that does not work, Swipe up on your app and manually unlock door through your AVIGILON app by Selecting, Doyenne Bullard Loop Main Door. A warning message will appear and select the appropriate answer. You must be near the door to select Open when using this feature on your app. If your problem is not solved. Please reach out to Doyenne Barbell and Fitness at 559-840-2634.

FOLLOW THESE STEPS:
1. If you open the Avigilon app, it should say
"searching for readers" This means your door access is active and working. And you can continue to the step 3. If it does not say that, reach out to admin so we can activate your door.
2. If the app reads "fix permissions" in blue at the top, change your settings to allow Bluetooth and location setting on. And then proceed to the next step.
3. The black sensor: you must wave your hand close to the sensor. (The distance the sensor reads is a very small distance to keep unwanted visitors for accessing the door.) so be close.
4. There must be a motion as in a wave with your hand for the sensor to unlock. Wave your hand across the sensor and you will hear it unlock. If you wave and the circle is Red. Check your app again, make sure all permissions are on: Bluetooth and location. And attempt to wave again at a close proximity.
5. Pull the door towards you, you may have to slightly push in a pull.
6. Close the door securely behind you to make sure we do not have any unwanted guest walking in behind you.
