IS THE DOYENNE APP AVAILABLE ON APPLE STORE?
Yes! You can Download the Doyenne App in the Apple Store.
THE DOYENNE APP IS NOT RESPONDING.
If your Doyenne app is not responding, Try refreshing the page or exiting out of the app and restart the app. If your phone did not automatically update the app, you may have to delete the app and download the app again through the app store.
CAN I CANCEL A CLASS THROUGH THE DOYENNE APP?
Yes, you can cancel your class through the Doyenne App. Your booked classes will appear on the Home Page of the Doyenne App, where you can easily cancel your class. Please be aware that you will need to cancel class at least 12 hrs before the scheduled class time.
IS THE DOYENNE APP ONLY FOR DOYENNE BARBELL MEMBERS?
No, the Doyenne app is available to everyone. You can participate in group chats, sign up for classes, join events, and join the in app fitness programs.
IS OPEN PATH CONNECTED TO THE DOYENNE APP?
No, Open Path is a separate app that is not connected to the Doyenne app. The access to your Open Path for gym members will be provided when you sign up and become a member of Doyenne.
